The Ghana Soccer Affiliation (GFA) are ready for the decision of the Confederations of African Soccer (CAF) following their inspection of Accra and Cape Coast stadia for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier.
Officers from CAF inspected the 2 stadia over the weekend following a request by the Ghana FA and the Ministry of Youth and Sports activities.
The Baba Yara Sports activities Stadium, which hosted Ghana’s final recreation towards Angola, has been banned by CAF “because of the poor high quality of the pitch.”
On the #SaveGhanaFootball probe earlier than Parliament’s Sports activities Choose Committee on Monday, September 30, Kurt Okraku, who’s the president of the Soccer Affiliation mentioned that the ultimate choice now rests with CAF.
