After my current mishap with my SI joint I took a couple of days off, and the joint has gotten significantly better so fortunately it will need to have been one thing minor. On Thursday I did my higher physique exercise, sporting my SI brace, adopted by a simple trip, each of which have been effectively tolerated. So yesterday I did my typical onerous trip of about 2 1/2 hours, beginning with a brisk tempo session of a bit over an hour, then throwing in some intervals, sprints, and on-bike energy coaching, and ending with a cooldown. That went effectively additionally so it appears I’m again. Glad to have dodged a bullet!
