Delta Air Strains pulled some meal choices from dozens of worldwide flights on Wednesday hours after the provider stated reviews of “spoiled” meals on an Amsterdam-bound flight pressured the airplane to divert to New York.
Delta was solely serving pasta in the primary cabin on about 75 worldwide flights on Wednesday. It wasn’t clear if the menu adjustments would proceed on Thursday.
“Out of an abundance of warning, Delta groups have proactively adjusted our in-flight meal service on numerous worldwide flights on Wednesday, July 3,” a Delta spokeswoman stated in an announcement to CNBC.
Delta apologized to prospects over the report of spoiled meals in the primary cabin on the Detroit-to-Amsterdam flight.
